To add onto the response above...
Reach is bannable, however, normal moderators cannot punish people with just reach. Only Sr Moderators on the QA team (Quality Assurance) can ban for reach. This is mainly because it is difficult to look for.
Hence why you might see more reach hackers in-game. Only QA members can punish them so it limits the amount of helping hands.

Well, what would prevent players from skipping all of the games until they get to one they like? I personally just roll with the rotation, most of the games are fine to me. They're pretty fast-paced so you don't have to play ones you don't like very long, or you can just choose to sit it out and do nothing. -1 from me…

I'd love to have a zombie morph, but I've never been a fan of morphs and cosmetics that revolve around affecting other players. I'd be completely down to have the zombie morph players be followed by a pair of baby zombies though; seems like a fun and inoffensive morph that the community would hopefully appreciate…
