You can apply as an underage user, but it's harder for your app to be accepted. Make sure you've put everything you've got in that app - you want it to be as good as it can possibly be!

You can't apply for admin, but you CAN apply for trainee at https://www.mineplex.com/applicationform/trainee-application-java.3/form for Java, and https://www.mineplex.com/applicationform/trainee-application-bedrock.9/form for Bedrock. If you pass the 2-month trainee trial, then you will become mod, and then by joining a Sr Mod team, you become a Sr. Mod. From there, admins are handpicked depending on what is required.

Admin is a promotion from Sr. Mod, which requires Mod, applied through trainee on this site. Administrator is not applied for as a regular player.
