      Just hit 600 posts! I'm honestly really happy where I'm at with MP right now and all work balance is good so that's great. I thought I would post a little status update as I hardly ever post here and I probably should! Thanks everyone for the likes too as I'm nearing 1k which should be fun!

        Exactly what @Wolfayy said - it's highly unlikely someone gets demoted from just an Sr Mod team, and not the staff team usually!

      I must admit, it's crazy that you were a staff member at the age of 12 and a Sr. Mod at the age of 13. How was being one of the youngest to ever be part of the team?

        It felt great and rewarding, I had made a few applications in 2015, then as I grew a bit older I’m naturally good at writing, so that helped a lot! It also inspires me to help other young staff and there are so many now that have joined after me which makes me happy.
