life update!

Life has been super busy for me lately, lol. School started 3 weeks ago, and since then I've been working really hard to keep up with the classes I'm taking (they are very fast-paced). Still trying to get used to all of the homework I have now but it's getting better. Band has also been good, we had our first football game about a week ago and it was super fun! Been working really hard on band stuff, too; I'm really passionate about band so it's been a blast.

As for Mineplex, I really haven't been around here for a while. It's just been too hectic for me. But I hope you guys are doing well, and maybe some day, when I have the time, I'll come back & start playing Mineplex regularly again :)

Thanks for all of the support over the past few days. Hoping to spend more time focusing on band and school and just life in general--but I'll be sure to stick around here, too. Really thankful for all of you guys & looking forward to what's next in life :)

Hi Raven! I know it has been some time since we last shared a conversation, but I wanted to share how grateful I am for everything you’ve done for the Staff Team and Server. I know I wasn’t one of your mentees personally, but I think anyone can see the bright light that radiates from you. You are one of the sweetest, most kind, down to earth, and upbeat Staff Members I’ve ever met. I appreciate you for all the times you helped me and just again, for everything you’ve done! It’s super sad to see you departing from the Staff Team, but I understand your reasons completely. I wish you the absolute best on your future endeavors, and I know you will continue to shine in whatever comes next. Don’t be a stranger, I’m gonna miss you! <3

Raven! I am so glad that I got one of the amazing MA (along with Alex) that I ever had with you when I was on the staff team. You'll be missed on the staff team, and I hope we can still keep in touch! <3

Raven I literally could not have asked for a better MA (No offense to you Alex xP) And saying goodbye to you is probably almost as surreal as you making that final decision. I'm going to miss you so much, and I'm sure I speak for a lot of my fellow mentees when I say that the impact you had on us was huge. Thank you so much for everything you've done and I hope that wherever the future takes you, you bring as much of a difference as you have here. Best of luck! <3

Words can’t describe how much I will miss you. Those talks we had were so nice and I you helped me when times were dark for me. You are such a good person, and I will always respect you for what you’ve done not only for this server, but to what you’ve done for my personal life. I appreciate you so much, and I wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors. Please stay in touch!

This weekend, I will be resigning from the staff team.

It is incredibly surreal that I announce my resignation but, due to everything life has thrown at me, I simply do not have time to be on the staff team anymore. In addition, the current direction of the server combined with my motivation levels has convinced me that this was ultimately the best decision for me.

I would like to first off thank everyone who is currently or has been on the staff team in the past. You guys put in so much effort into bettering the server, and I hope you realize just how much of an impact you make on those around you.

Secondly, to name a few outstanding people, I would like to recognize Squirrelflight05 (Kendall), xUmbreon (Alex), Jylie, Sven, Toki, Dulciloquy, Amg, my mentees, and all of StM. All of you have given me amazing opportunities, friendships, and experiences. Thank you to these people for making my life so much brighter.

To everyone else: I appreciate the constant support. I love the Mineplex community so much and, while I am departing from the staff team, I’ll be sure to come and hang out once in a while whenever I can! You’ll be sure to see me online playing Capture the Flag or Dragons :)

So, this is goodbye. Thank you, Mineplex, for everything. It’s been fantastic.

I'm lucky to have gotten to know you during your time here though it's a pity we never got to call again after that one time at like 3am for me hahaha.
