It shouldn't really matter if the EULA is enforced or not. Mineplex claims they follow it, and yet staff say the only reason they'd admit something violates the EULA is if Mojang tells them to remove it. The fact that Mineplex clearly doesn't want to police itself means that the server will become pay to win the the future.

@Vocaloiid well, Mojang does contact server owners if they find a server guilty of violating the EULA, but afaik they’ve never taken legal action, they just make threats, get ignored, and nothing comes of it. Like @LordOfTeeth said I just found it funny that an admin put his foot down about it, and now Immortal is a thing.

Similar thing happend to me, I wrote a post about how gem boosters clearly violate the EULA, with proof, and instructed players to report Mineplex (something staff have told me to do). I also included a conversation between me and Brian where he refuses to say that Mineplex follows the EULA, and blocks me after I ask why gem boosters don't violate the EULA. The post was taken down for no reason. No one has a concrete reason as to why it was taken down. No one will say who took it down. FN's are saying I should talk to Admins, Admins say I should talk to FN's.
