I can't get into all the technical non-sense behind it, but from my understanding, essentially to fix it on our end would require game breaking code changes that would screw up between 70-100% of working code. Microsoft pushed an update that messed with Mineplex's code in the wrong way. Not Mineplex's fault. Other servers code their games differently allowing them to avoid this specific glitch, but that doesn't change the fact that, as coded, we cannot do anything to fix the issue. And please don't say "just fix the code". It's a lot more complicated than that.
