  2. Hey there,

Currently the mineplex forums system doesn't provide any automatic way to do this, for the request you're making you will need to contact the support team here: https://www.mineplex.com/tickets

I believe your issue will be resolved if you go through this method.

    Kind regards

  3. Hey!

If you recently upgraded your rank, and it didn't automatically update on the forums, you need to send in a support ticket. Just head over here and click on "Open New Ticket." From here, you can inform staff of the issue and hopefully they'll be able to resolve it for you!

Hope this helped! Feel free to PM me if you need anything else.

  5. As stated above, if you bought the ranks separately and wish to have both tags on the forums, you would have to contact support through creating a ticket at https://www.mineplex.com/tickets and request the tag to be added. I also see that you don't have the Lord rank on this account, you can also raise this concern to the support agent as you should have it instead of the Knight rank if you upgraded to or bought Lord on this account. Since your question has been answered, I'm going to lock the thread. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to PM me.
