They do have a plan to launch one of their own, but no matter who does it, I don't see how it would be effective when both servers (especially Java) are in shambles. You'd have to go out of your way to show something that looks presentable (Like the single active Nano lobby would probably be your best and only bet on Java. Either that or the occasional EVENT-1 party.), which is kinda deceptive, given that when any newcomers log on, they're gonna see a totally dysfunctional server unlike the one in the video. That's assuming they even managed to log on to Java in the first place.
Tiktok has been proven in the past to help boost followings and playercounts of servers and people so hopefully that's the plan
Pretty sure it's been a month since the social media restructure and we have yet to see any of their plans go into action
Taking a lot longer because none of the team besides like 1 or 2 of them have ever done videos and from the looks of it everyone's used to just doing art/twitter posts. Add on the major demotivation and it's in a rough spot. Also, we semi-stopped because there's a small chance we might be getting back the old accounts, but that hasn't been going well either sadly.
Yeah if we have actual good dev’s and owners (talking about rn) that can create a good functioning server and keeping it healthy in order to promote it on tiktok.
