Scratch, yes, the game developing program, literally i found out that it is 100x times better than aseprite, yea kinda strange, because its not supposed to make art.
Ooooo I realy like this character! I like the magicy-misty look on the scarf and cloak, that's a really nice touch. As Emiliee said I also really like the color scheme; the pinks and greens work really well together! Keep it up :)
