  1. This a new game I came up with based off of the Weeping Angels from Doctor Who, the game Night in the Museum, along with the movie Night at the Museum. This game will also need a small resource pack, this is so a stick of some other item can look like a mop.

For those of you who don't know what the Weeping Angels are, skip to 2:16 on the video, and watch until 2:59.

So here's the concept of the game:
Out of a group of 10 players, 3 are selected to be Weeping Angels or it could other types of statues like a mannequin. Depends on what the Mineplex developers want. The statues will be spread around different exhibits in the museum. The other 7 are janitors inside a history museum by the entrance at night, their job is to clean up the messes that the guest made the day prior. The messes will be scattered all around the map. They could be water spills by a drinking fountain, mud from dirty footprints, or dirty dishes by the cafeteria, etc. They must also do other chores like changing out flickering lightbulbs, and clean out overflowing garbage cans. Little do the janitors know that some statues are alive! Now the statues are moving, but they can't move if someone is looking at them. There is also a blink mechanic. Every four seconds the players blink. This blink last for one second. This is so the players don't just stand in front of a statue and keep it still the entire game. If a statue touches a janitor then they become a statue themselves. Contrary to the show, the statues in this game, if they look at each other they don't freeze into place. Luckily the janitors can lock the museum's exhibits, by iron blocks closing off the exhibit like a garage door. However, the statues are smart they can quickly get the door unlocked by crouching by the controls. They also find a child still in the museum! Her name is Ava, she got lost from her group on a field trip, from being scared by the statues. This girl knows some things that she seemingly shouldn't for being so young. She knows about the statues moving at night, she knows that they're out to kill, and she knows how to beat them! She tells the janitors that in the Ancient Egypt exhibit there is a tablet that every night activates to bring the statues to life. When they get in that room their adrenaline is kicking in and their blinking increases, the time between each blink is halved. This gives the statues more movement to kill. The must break the tablet by a ritual. If they break the tablet the game ends and the janitors win, but if the statues kill all the janitors then the statues win.

The first objective is to clean up the messes.
The second objective is to stop the statues.

Just a janitor. Has a regular mop.
    Cost: Free Kit

    Expert Janitor:
This janitor is efficient in their cleaning. They clean messes 2x faster.
    Cost: 2000

    Staring Contestant:
This janitor can go without blinking for eight seconds instead of the usual four. Blink time stays the same
    Cost: Achievement Kit

~ Ability for the Statues ~
The statues will have an emergency teleport in the form of a nether star, the cooldown is 5 seconds. When the nether star is right clicked it teleports the user to a place in the map where there isn't a janitor. While also blinding all janitors in a radius of 10 blocks. This is to keep the janitors not being able to see them moving.

Employee of the Month - Win 50 games as a Janitor
To close! - Allow a statue to get at least ten blocks away from you.
Stone Cold Killer - Kill 3 janitors in a single game as a Statue.

I am open to suggestions. :D

  2. I actually like this idea! Cool game... However there is nothing the players will be able to do. The game makes them blink and the angels come forward. The most the players can do is move backwards. Try suggesting some other things the players can do during the games, like maybe try and figure out which angel is the player? Something fun to do!

  3. That is the point of the game, they're supposed to be like Weeping Angels. It was explained in the video.
Thank you for this, it will be added to the idea. Thank you. :D
