WEEKLY GIVEAWAY #1

This is a follow-up to a previous giveaway. I would like to try to do one of these a week to give players chances they wouldn't normally have. I'll try to switch up the prizes as much as I can, but the shop is pretty limited. If there's certain items you all would like to see given away, let me know below! Anyways, keep in mind this is Java only.

Prizes:

1 Rank Upgrade- 1 Person will be drawn to receive a rank upgrade from whatever they currently are (other than eternals of course).
No Rank -> Ultra
Ultra -> Hero
Hero -> Legend
Legend -> Titan
Titan -> Eternal

1 Color Splash Particle Set- 1 Person will be drawn to receive a Color Splash set from the Shop.

HOW TO ENTER: Simply comment the IGN of the account you want to receive the prize below. I'll be putting every IGN entered into a Random Name Picker and will draw 2 times. The first person drawn will receive the Rank upgrade and the second name will receive the Color Splash Set.

If you want to be picked for a specific prize only (Upgrade or Particle Set) say so in your comment below. Remember that even if you're already Eternal or already have the Particle Set, you can always enter for a friend or Alt Account.
