Why are the arrows in Turf Wars Marksman class not being shot properly?

I was playing turf wars as the marksman class and all the arrows I was shooting just shot forward a couple blocks and then just went straight down. But then when I play the shredder class all the arrows move forward in the direction I shoot them as usual.

This is a visual glitch when it comes to the latest MC versions. I recommend playing the mini-game in 1.8.9 Minecraft as that is the more stable version to play on Mineplex with if you aren't already. If this is happening in 1.8.9 version for Minecraft I recommend making a bug report here!
