In terms of creating such a minigame - It's definitely not a hard thing to code However, I doubt that such a minigame would be fitting for a game like minecraft. While you could make the topics of the questions minecraft-related, the minigame itself wouldn't make good use of the game's mechanics other than "player walk to red side / blue side" . In my opinion, a Would you Rather in minecraft would get very boring and die out pretty quickly - if any popularity is gained at all.
